  1. Original Artwork

Our gallery offers original artwork created by the artist. Each original piece is unique and may show natural variations in color, texture, and appearance.

We make reasonable efforts to represent our artwork accurately through photographs and descriptions. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.

  1. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Payments must be completed using the payment methods available at checkout. Applicable shipping costs and taxes will be displayed before the order is placed.

  1. Orders and Availability

All purchases are subject to availability and payment confirmation.

Because original artworks are one-of-a-kind, a piece may become unavailable if it has already been sold. If an unavailable artwork has been purchased, we will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate refund.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Artwork is carefully packaged to help protect it during transportation.

Shipping costs, available destinations, and estimated delivery times will be communicated before purchase or during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Any applicable international customs duties or import taxes will be disclosed where required by law.

  1. Returns and Refunds

All sales of original artwork are final, except where required by applicable law or where artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns of original artwork solely because of a change of mind.

If an artwork arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact Creative Vision through our website as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photographs of the issue.

The 48-hour request does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Eligible issues will be addressed through an appropriate repair, replacement where possible, or refund, consistent with applicable consumer protection laws.

  1. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All artwork, photographs, written content, and original artistic designs are protected by applicable copyright laws.

Purchasing physical artwork does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or commercial licensing rights unless expressly agreed in writing.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

  1. Authenticity

Artwork sold as an original through Creative Vision is represented as an authentic creation of the identified artist.

Additional authenticity documentation may be provided where specified in the artwork listing or agreed upon during purchase.
